Melin was founded in 2022 by Jacqui Pearce, who with decades of experience as a Commercial and Creative Director, saw an opportunity to create simple but innovative commercial and personal brand strategies.

An award-winning designer and writer; she is regularly commissioned to create original content / treatments and ensures every project is as commercially sharp as it is creatively bold.

In 2024 she aligned the business with key partners to seamlessly deliver talent management, publishing and production to our portfolio.

From advocacy in politics to shaping the creative media landscape, we work across industries, joining the dots between ideas, people, and global brands to enhance delivery and influence.

With extensive experience in brand development, storytelling, and audience engagement, she has worked with some of the world’s most recognisable names in media and culture.

Her expertise lies in translating vision into value.. developing campaigns, content, treatments, strategies and partnerships that deliver immediate impact.

She is a mentor for CIM and works on projects with the Kings Trust and other creative charities.
