Melin was founded in 2022 by Jacqui Pearce, who saw an opportunity to add value to clients, by creating simple but innovative commercial and personal brand strategies.

In 2025 she joined forces with Andrew Wilson to seamlessly connect his background and connections in talent management, publishing and production.

From advocacy in politics to shaping the creative media landscape, we work across industries, joining the dots between ideas, people, and global brands to enhance delivery and influence.

Andrew is a force in talent management and production, with a reputation for discovering, developing, and championing leading voices across entertainment and media. His experience spans high-profile talent representation, content production, and industry deal-making, bridging the gap between creative ambition and business success.

With a deep understanding of what makes talent thrive, Andrew works at the intersection of influence and opportunity; bringing together people, projects, and platforms to create content that captivates. He leads on talent strategy and production, ensuring that every collaboration delivers results that go beyond expectation.
